January Project Update

In early January, crews returned to the site, having recently just finished the structural columns for basement 3 and lift core.

Installation of the jump form system for the lift core has enabled the commencement of basement 2 formwork.

Monterey Kirra Beach - Marquee's 10th and most prestigious new development to date on the Gold Coast.

Positioned on the shores of the world-famous Kirra Beach, opposite its iconic white sands and clear turquoise waters, Monterey offers one of the last remaining beachfront opportunities in Kirra.

We have created a boutique building for owner-occupiers with spacious, ultra-wide apartments and exceptional resident amenities – all with amazing ocean views.

Ultra-wide apartments with stunning views.

“As one of the last remaining beachfront sites in Kirra Beach – we knew this was a rare opportunity to create something truly iconic.

With approximately 45m of sweeping north-facing beach frontage, each residence has been designed to capture the breathtaking panoramas, whether you’re in your kitchen, living space, or master bedroom.

Monterey’s residences have truly been designed without compromise.”

Truly Queensland’s best views.

Living on the Gold Coast beachfront, the amazing ocean views are expected. However, at Monterey these are just the beginning, with each residence enjoying both of the Gold Coast’s most
iconic view highlights. From sunrises over Snapper Rocks and the Kirra Headland, to sunsets over the Surfers Paradise skyline as the city lights sparkle – Monterey residents will be some of the rare few to enjoy views of the entire Gold Coast coastline.

Timeless interiors with exceptional finishes.

“Each of Monterey’s spacious residences offers true authentic coastal luxury epitomizing our design philosophy of understated elegance.

Curved stone benches, premium tapware and more, as well as finger mosaic and stone tiles, continue the textures and geometry patterns featured throughout the building.

Premium, integrated Miele appliances provide the latest in culinary technology and a seamless finish, allowing materials and finishes to shape the interiors uninterrupted.”

Premium amenity exclusively for long term owners.

“As with each Marquee community, Monterey residents will enjoy a curated selection of resort-style amenity, with this project taking inspiration from the Greek Islands.

As a boutique building with no short-term letting permitted, these spaces will almost be available exclusively to you.”

Kirra: The Southern Gold Coast’s Best Kept Secret

Noosa Heads, Byron Bay & now Kirra – all iconic destinations celebrated for their rare north-facing beaches, clear turquoise waters & vibrant village atmospheres.

North-Facing Beaches

Australia’s most iconic north-facing beaches

including Kirra, Coolangatta, Greenmount & Rainbow Bay. A north-facing position protects these beaches from unfavourable conditions, providing safe, family friendly beaches, whilst also world-class surf breaks off the headlands.

Connectivity

Positioned on the highly sought-after southern end of the Gold Coast

Kirra enjoys easy access to the M1, Gold Coast Domestic & International Airport, and 3 hospitals. Plus the G:link Light Rail is set to be extended all the way down to Coolangatta from Burleigh Heads.

Parklands & Walkways

Beautiful beachfront parklands and The Oceanway,

a scenic beachfront pathway perfect for walking or cycling your way along the coastline. Currently the pathway stretches from Point Danger to Currumbin with future works underway to connect as far north as The Spit.

Cafes &
Restaurants

Kirra is filled with an eclectic mix of the coast’s best cafes, restaurants,

bars, and retail – all stretching along the beachfront, less than 5 minutes’ walk from your door.
